Istrian Cusine and Grill

Enjoy on the restaurant terrace, excellent appetizers

There are two excellent restaurants in village Korte. One is “Gostilna Korte”, known for its authentic Istrian cuisine, and the other is “Hisa Torkla”, mentioned in the MICHELIN guide. If you have already tried the first one, I highly recommend that you also try “Hisa Torklja”. It’s similar food, prepared on a completely different level. Worth a try. Especially if you have an anniversary or want to surprise a loved one with knowledge of Istrian specialties. Parking is provided for restaurant guests.

MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The view of the surrounding hills is one of the main attractions of this restaurant, along with the traditional open grill in the dining room. The extensive menu features meat and fish options, with a whole page dedicated to raw options, as well as fuzi pasta with different sauces, Tomahawk steak and chops. Here guests can enjoy high quality and welcoming service in a gourmet restaurant surrounded by unspoiled natural scenery.
