Bele Skale Beach and Moon Bay are considered the most beautiful beaches in Slovenia!
You can get there from Simon’s Bay or the easiest way from Camp Belvedere. If taking circular path you can get there from Moon Bay.
Bele Skale beach lie in the middle of the Strunjan nature reserve. It is a completely pristine beach with crystal clear water. No construction is allowed here, so there is no infrastructure. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax by the sea, you have come to the right place.
The path takes you from Belvedere along a relatively steep path to the beach of Bele Skala. You can also start your journey from Simon’s Bay, climb Belvedere and descend again to the beach. The trail is moderately difficult and it is recommended that you have some fitness.
Snorkeling
We recommend bringing your snorkeling gear!
The beaches are ideal for snorkeling and watching the abundance of fish and other marine life that go out to graze in the early morning or evening hours.
