IstraTerra tour description

Why is our cooking not even close to being as good as our grandma’s? What did they change or add? What was their secret? Using local seasonal ingredients, we will prepare typical Istrian dishes using our old recipes in the beautiful setting of Istria.

The tastes of Istria and seasonal local ingredients can also be included in your culinary experience. From the meeting point we go to an agreed location, where (according to the season and selection of locally produced seasonal ingredients) we prepare a practical workshop teaching you how to prepare a local seasonal meal. Ingredients, recipes and practical tips are provided by us, you just need to take care of cooking enthusiasm and good company.

The excursion is suitable as a half day or full day trip through Istria, individually, for closed groups or families with children. We can add additional tastings (truffles, Istrian wine, olive oil, seasonal fruit or seasonal herbs) or customize the content for a team-building event.
